何処で書けばいいか分からんくてどっかでも書いたんやけど、 せっかく最近行き着けの病院の自立支援通ったとこやのに あたしの主医師(今、病院は車で40分くらいかかる所に行ってます) 近くの病院の方がいいんちゃうか？とか言うんです これってめんどうな患者と思われてるんでしょうか？ てか、後１ヶ月で障害者手帳作れるんやけど 今の病院で診断書書いてもらって大丈夫かな？ 病院変えてからの方がいいんでしょうか？ …　続きは...
