調剤薬局の一包化加算について
私は調剤薬局で勤務している薬剤師です。一包化加算を病院の了解を得ないで 算定しているのが処方箋発行病院を通じて審査機関に知られてしました。 まだ個別指導等の調査はありません。おそらく返還命令が出ると思われます。 それには従いますが、この後病院と話し合って一包化加算を算定していきたいと思っているのですが、一包化加算を算定するとやはり審査がきびしくなるのでしょうか？回答をお待ちしています。 続きは...
