前立腺癌の進行・転移について
父(55歳)が前立腺癌と診断されました。 グリソンスコアは7、PSAは3.46です。 医師から治療方法は開腹手術か小線源による放射線治療のどちらかと言われました。 本人・家族ともに体への負担が少なく、入院期間も短い小線源での治療の方がいいと思っていますが、小線源の施術は３ヶ月待ちと言われました。 前立腺癌は進行が遅いらしいですが、転移に関してはどうなのでしょうか？ 一般的に癌の進行は若い程早いと聞きます… 続きは...
