妊娠初期のACE阻害薬使用は先天異常を増やさない
妊娠初期におけるアンジオテンシン変換酵素（ACE）阻害薬や他の降圧薬の使用は、胎児の先天異常全般と先天性心奇形のリスク上昇を引き起こさないことが、米Kaiser Foundation Research InstituteのDe-Kun Li氏らの研究で分かった。降圧薬を処方されていない高血圧の妊婦の方が、胎児の先天異常リスクは高かった。論文は、BMJ誌2011年10月28日号に掲載された。 続きは...
