麻薬の鑑査は何を見ているのか。
薬局では処方箋が来るとこの薬を患者さんに出して大丈夫か鑑査しますよね。 基本的には禁忌や併用薬、常用量などのチェックを行うんですが、麻薬の用量 には上限がないと以前聞いたことがあります。癌性疼痛などで痛みがあるのなら 無くなるまで投与するので上限は無いと。 実際常用量を超えて処方される麻薬を何件か見ました。では麻薬の鑑査では 薬剤師の方はいったい何を見ているのでしょうか？ 続きは...
