気分障害

お世話になります。 私は昨年10月に心療内科を受診し、うつ病と診断され、今年の2月から休職して9月で退職しました。 今の症状は、睡眠障害と死にたい気持ちと過食症と、何もできない日と、何もしないと恐くなって家を飛び出してしまったりします。 対人は大丈夫になってきました。 それで質問ですが、今月の傷病手当の申請の為の傷病名が、気分障害にかわっていました。 気分障害とはうつ病とは違うのですか？ …　続きは...
