足の痛み

私は脳腫瘍の後遺症で左半身片麻痺の身障者です。自足歩行は出来るのですが、車が運転出来ない為普段の買い物等の移動は全て歩きか自転車になります。義父母が健康の為、朝夕2～３km程毎日歩いていて私もリハビリを兼ねて全て移動は歩いて生活しています。ところが最近ビッコをひく様な歩き方で1日4千歩～1万2千歩位歩いているせいか左足の薬指と小指付近が着地の度に痛くて余計歪な歩き方になっています。歩き過ぎなのかもしれま…　続きは...
