リオベル：アクトス＋DPP4阻害薬の糖尿病用配合剤

　2011年7月1日、糖尿病治療薬の「リオベル配合錠LD／配合錠HD」が製造承認を取得した。本薬は、選択的ジペプジルペプチダーゼ4阻害薬（DPP4阻害薬）のアログリプチンと、チアゾリジン系薬のピオグリタゾンの配合製剤である。承認されたのはLDとHDの2規格で、低用量のLDには1錠中にアログリプチン25mgとピオグリタゾン15mgが配合され、高用量のHDには1錠中にアログリプチン25mgとピオグリタゾン30mgが配合される。1日1回、朝食前または朝食後に投与する。　続きは...
