足関節のリハビリについての
足関節のリハビリについての質問です。離断性骨軟骨炎(右距骨骨軟骨損傷)で4/11にドリリング&骨釘固定手術を受けたのですが、手術を受けた病院が遠方な為リハビリは近所の整形外科で行っていますが、稼働域を広げる運動やゴムチューブを使った筋力運動をしているのですが、運動後に、手術をした箇所(外側くるぶし)辺りが熱感を生じます。手術をした担当医師は『大丈夫』と言うのに対し、リハビリを受けている整形外科は『オーバー… 続きは...
