入院基本料について

病院の一般病棟入院 基本料の看護師比率についてご指導願います。看護協会のエクセルソフトを使用してます。説明書も読みました。解釈が間違えていないか知りたいです。看護職員は月の平均配置数で算出し、正看護師比率は単にその数の 七割を満たしていれば良いと考えています。10対1なら、患者一人に対して、各勤務帯にそれを満たしていれば良いですが毎日、満たす必要はない。月の平均で良い。10対1は各勤務で満たすのか、1日で…　続きは...
