大学病院での勤務時間
病院の一般事務の求人で、実働八時間の休憩45分は、合法、一般的ですか？休憩時間は通常の事務だと60分なので、大学病院なのになぁ…と思いました。理由は、労働基準法で休憩は60分与えるとなっているので、ベンチャー企業や小さい会社だとありがちですが、大学病院がこうなら、他の大手病院や公立病院もそうなの？病院のことはよく知らないので、聞かせてください。 続きは...
