なぜ医師がいない？ 昨今、病院の経営破たん　などのニュースやＴＶでの特集などを見ます。 いろいろな原因はあるようなのですが、ＴＶなどの特集での説明では、ほとんど（ＮＨＫなども）2004年の医療制度改革（研修制度）を挙げていました。 研修医が大学に残らない（他へ行ってしまう）ので大学の医局の医師が不足し、そのため地域に派遣していた医師を大学に呼び戻した、というのが理由とのことです。 地域の病院から医師が…　続きは...
