ドラッグストアで勤務する薬剤師です。 最近、立て続けに「バリウムを飲んだ後下剤を飲んだが便が出ない。下剤をほしい」という相談があいついでいます。 全く疑問なのですが、そんな場合の指導って、病院の医師、薬剤師はどのように患者に行っているのでしょうか？ 患者が分からなくなった場合、病院は土日祝日でも電話で教えてくれたりはしますか？ 私は薬剤師の立場として、水分を多めに摂取することを患者に勧めました。 …　続きは...
