家裁で精神病の後見人認定について
精神病の保護者を家裁で認定すると思うのですが自分が障害者として家裁で扱われていないか調べる方法はありますか？ もしそうなら親が後見人かなんかになっていると思うのですが学生の頃知らないうちに家裁で精神病判定された可能性があるので調べたいです。 それとも精神病者本人はそれを知る権利すら無いのでしょうか。 続きは...
