自然体で歩きたい

去年の夏に膝を痛め整形外科での病名は変形性膝関節症でした。一時は歩けませんでしたが、毎日通い続け、違和感や慢性的な痛みは残るものの、何とか日常生活に支障をきたさない程度の痛みになりましたが、無理をして自転車を乗ったら又酷くなり、又今整形外科通いをしています。でも病院通いもお金や他に限界もあるので時々にしてますが、もう一生治らないのでしょうか？階段の降りるのがまだ出来ないし、自分ではストレッチやウ…　続きは...
