精神病院の睡眠薬

ご質問させて頂きます。 自分は約7年間心療内科で鬱病とパニック障害の治療をしていましたが、らちがあかず、心療内科の先生が紹介状を書いて約3年前から精神病院に通院しています。 実は困ってまして、今までは処方されてる睡眠薬を服用すると、携帯でメールしてても、テレビを読んでても、ヘッドホンで音楽を聴いていてもほぼ関係なく眠れていたのですが、今年に入ってから何故か眠れません。 気になる(ささいな)事が頭をよ…　続きは...
