頭部のCTについて

頭部のCTはなぜ単純撮影かという問題を出されたのですが、 これがよくわかりません。 調べたところ単純撮影は、造影剤を使わない撮影方法なので、一般的なスクリーニング検査に用いられることが多く、検査の目的によっては造影が逆効果になるものがあるため積極的に選択される と書いてありました。 つまり、頭部CTをとるにあたって、造影剤がなにか悪影響を及ぼすことがあるということなのでしょうか？それともほかの理由でしょ…　続きは...
