弱視→障害者認定の基準について教えて下さい。

弱視はどれくらい視力が弱いと障害者手帳が交付されるのでしょうか。 例えば裸眼で両目0.01以下で近視と乱視。メガネやコンタクトが0.8くらいまで矯正可能な人は弱視の部類に入るのでしょうか？ ご回答よろしくお願いいたします。　続きは...
