困っています

よろしくお願いします。 予期不安や緊張場面や突然吐き気に襲われます。 パニック障害とは診断されましたが酷い発作はありません。 上記の場面で動悸がしたり苦しくなったりはしますが吐き気が一番困っています。 薬は予期不安など起こりそうな場面に行くときは事前にデパスを飲んで出かけますがそれでも全然ダメです。 心療内科での治療は薬物のみで診察に３分位で追い出される感じです。 この症状に詳しかったり、信頼できる医…　続きは...
