病院でのトラブルで困っています。
精神科 岐阜・笠松のクリニックに子供が通っています。 学校でのいじめが原因なので学校で加入している 日本スポーツ振興センターに治療費を請求する為、 指定の用紙（書式）をクリニックに出したところ 診断書料に22,050円（3,150円/枚×7ヶ月）必要と言うのです。 （月毎にその月の治療費をかいてもらうので） 日本医師会とスポーツ振興Cの話合いで書類の性質上、無料で 書いてあげて下さいと各病院にはお願いしているそうです… 続きは...
