休職

二月から酷い鬱状態になり就業が困難になりました。心療内科にて診断書を書いて頂き休職したくも「ウチはそんな制度無いから」と切り返してきました。この場合、診断書の意味は無くなるのでしょうか？また、傷病手当の手続きも進めたいのですが、10年程前に同じ鬱で傷病手当を最長で受け取っています。この場合、手当は支給されるのでしょうか？尚、その頃から心療内科には継続して通い続けています。　続きは...
