追突事故の慰謝料について
昨年の9月15日に追突事故にあいました。私は停車していた為過失はありません。 問題はここからです。事故当時私は妊娠中４ヶ月目でしたので産婦人科と整形外科を受診しました。事故後より頸椎や肩、腕の痛みがあり、その痛みからお腹の張りが出てき産婦人科で切迫流産の診断で安静の指示が出た為仕事は休職させてもらいました。整形外科の先生からも赤ちゃんが第一だからと安静が解除になってからリハビリしましょうと言われ３週… 続きは...
