ウイルス性胃腸炎

一昨日から下痢が止まらず、おそらくウイルス性胃腸炎になりました。 （数日立てば治るらしいので、医者には行っていないため確かではないですが、前にもなったことがあるので、おそらく間違いないです。） と言っても症状はほぼ下痢しかなく、あとは食後の腹痛くらいで比較的元気です。 そこで質問なのですが、やはり食事は取らないほうがよいのでしょうか？また取るとしたら何がよいでしょうか？（食欲はあり、お腹もすき…　続きは...
