パリエットの1日2回投与が可能に
2010年12月21日、プロトンポンプ阻害薬（PPI）のラベプラゾールナトリウム（商品名：パリエット錠10mg、同錠20mg）に対して、難治性の逆流性食道炎に対する1日2回（1回10mgまたは20mg）投与が承認された。従来のPPIのよる治療で効果が不十分な場合に適用できる。ただし1回20mgの1日2回投与は、内視鏡検査で重度の粘膜傷害が認められた場合に限定される。 続きは...
