腎細胞癌に有効なmTOR阻害薬に注射剤が登場

　2010年9月22日、抗悪性腫瘍薬のテムシロリムス（商品名：トーリセル点滴静注液25mg）が発売された。本薬は7月23日に製造承認を取得し、9月17日に薬価収載されている。適応は「根治切除不能又は転移性の腎細胞癌」で、成人には、1週間に1回、25mgを30〜60分間かけて点滴静注する。　続きは...
