息苦しさと背中の違和感 今、息が苦しくてホームページで呼吸法などを調べたあと、書いてる通りに実行しています。最初は喉に違和感があり、多少の息苦しさがあったので耳鼻科に行き、カメラを通して喉を見てもらうと炎症を起こしてて、息苦しさと違和感はこれが原因だと言われました。５週間ほどの期間病院へ通い、ようやく炎症が治ったのですが、息ぐるしさは多少治ったものの完治しませんでした。数日後になにやら背中に違和感… 続きは...
