カウンセリングと診療内科の違い
抑鬱神経症で何年も治療しています。 (精神科で薬を貰っています) カウンセリングか診療内科を勧められましたが、先生の説明が大雑把でよく分かりませんでした(´｀) 同じようなものだそうですが、そうなのでしょうか？ 田舎なので通えるカウンセリングはいくつも無く、個人の所しかなく、保険がきかないので6000円、5000円と高くて、とりあえず一度行ってきましたが、身の上話だけであっという間に時間(50分)経ってしまい… 続きは...
