内視鏡検査について

病院で内視鏡検査の補助員(パート)として働いています。無資格です。 仕事内容について疑問があるので質問させていただきます。 わたしの働いているところでは検査の際、補助員が鉗子を操作して細胞をとったりしているのですが、これは医療行為になるのでしょうか？ 医師の指示に従って操作するのならば大丈夫なのでしょうか？ ネットで調べてみたのですが、よくわかりませんでした。 どなたか詳しい方、教えていただけませんでし…　続きは...
