ソル・メドロールが多発性硬化症にも使用可能に

　2012年8月31日、副腎皮質ホルモン剤のメチルプレドニゾロンコハク酸エステルナトリウム（商品名ソル・メドロール静注用40mg、同125mg、同500mg、同1000mg）に、「多発性硬化症の急性増悪」の適応が認められることが決まった。この適応における用法・用量は「1日500〜1000mgを緩徐に静注または点滴静注」となる。　続きは...
