保護接地に関して

保護接地に関して 現在ME2種の勉強をしています。 そこで、わからないことがあるので質問させて頂きます。 クラスIの機器の場合、基礎絶縁+保護接地とあります。 そのため、金属部分は電源コードのアース線を介して大地に接続されます。 大地は電位の基準とするので、このように保護接地した金属部の電位は0Vと考えていいのでしょうか？ それとも、金属-大地間には、何らかの電位差が発生するのでしょうか？ すみませんが、ご…　続きは...
