主治医の意見書

３年の時効になる前に、病気の原因が相手方の安全配慮義務を果たさなかったことに起因していたことについて責任を問いたいのですが、 今からでも主治医に、発症時（３年前近く）の状況について、当時の疾病の原因などの意見書をカルテなどで確認し、書いてもらう事はできないものでしょうか？（たくさん患者さんがいるのと時間が経過しているため、誰が誰と多分覚えていないと思われるので） また発症時（３年前）の事につい…　続きは...
