紹介状と同じ症状での複数の病院への通院について
現在椎間板ヘルニアで 自宅の近所にある整形外科で牽引と低周波の治療を受けていたのですが 痛みが強く、自身の仕事に大きく差し障りがあるため その病院でブロック注射等の痛みを抑える治療ができないかと尋ねた所 ここには設備がないためできないと断られ では、自身が事前に調べていたペインクリニック（診察を受けるのに紹介状が必要）に紹介状を書いてほしいと お願いした所、知らない病院に紹介状は書けないし、書かなけれ… 続きは...
