生活保護による医療費返還について
4月12日に生活保護の保護決定通知が発行され、3月26日に保護の開始がされました。 3月26日～4月12日の間、自立支援医療制度(精神通院、月額負担上限額2500円)を利用して、精神科へ通院し診察代や薬代を支払っております。 この場合、既に支払った先の期間の医療費は、支払った分は全額、精神科や薬局の窓口にて返還されるのでしょうか？ 続きは...
