療養病棟の看護配置について
療養病棟入院基本料の施設基準の中に看護職員のうち2割以上が看護師であること。とあります。 もちろん、施設基準に規定されている看護職員数(准看護師＋看護師)も2割以上の看護師数も満たしておりますが、日勤帯において准看護師だけの勤務というのはいけないのでしょうか… ご存知の方、どうぞご教示ください。よろしくお願いします。 続きは...
