高額療養費について。 国保の高額療養費についてなのですが、12ヶ月の間に、三回以上支給があると、四回目以降、限度額が下がるそうですが、毎月支給があった場合、一度下がった限度額は、そのまま続くのでしょうか？それとも、１２カ月ごとにリセットされて元の額に戻るのでしょうか。 それと、限度額8万が4.5万に下がった場合、5万でも申請できるのでしょうか？（0.5万の還付） それとも、8万以上無いと申請できないのでしょ… 続きは...
