Hb値の低下の値から出血量を推定できるでしょうか？
普段ののHbの値は13程度です。 出血量が多くHbの値が9.8位まで低下してしまいました。 (1)Hbが13程度から9.8まで短時間(2時間程度)で下がったということは、どの位の量を出血したと推定されるでしょうか？(Hbの低下の値から、推定される出血量を計算する式はあるのでしょうか) (2)翌日Hb12程度まで上昇させるためにはどのようにするのが一般的なのでしょうか？ 続きは...
