医療事務をしています。職場での算定方法に疑問があったので質問します。 膣断端より、粘液採取、細胞診をした場合、 採取料を算定していません。 子宮ではないので、子宮頸管粘液採取料は算定できないのだそうです。 でも、自分で採取できないものは採取料を何か算定できるのではないかと思うのですが、、 膣断端では採取料は取れないのでしょうか？子宮頸管粘液採取料はだめでしょうか？ 詳しいかた、ご教授下さい。 続きは...
