交通事故の「完治」について
交通事故の病院通いの後の完治はどのように決まるのでしょうか? (ヘルニアによる神経圧迫です) 本人の「治りました」という言葉のみで決まるのでしょうか? もしくは、改めてレントゲンやMRIなどをとって画像で確認してくれた上での「完治」になるのでしょうか。 (症状固定は六か月位で治らなかった場合に保険会社からアクションがあると聞いてその場合は 後遺症の関係で画像は必ず撮るというのは納得なのですが) 本人が痛い部分が… 続きは...
