酷い腰痛で一ヶ月程の休養が必要であると医者から診断書を出してもらいました。 現状、歩くのも辛い状態で通勤も難しいのですが、会社からは人員不足のため一週間休んだら何としても出勤するよう言われています。 診断書が出ていても、会社側は勤務命令できるのでしょうか？ ご回答お願いしますm(._.)m　続きは...
