骨髄移植のHLA適正について
なぜ骨髄移植だけ、移植片対宿主病を気にしてHLA型の完全な６／６マッチにこだわるのかを教えてください。 ほかの臓器移植では、多少はHLA型を考慮するようですが、大体免疫抑制剤で解決しているように思えます。 白血球系の産生する造血器官なだけに、免疫抑制剤が使用できないのでしょうか？ 出来るだけ詳しく教えてください。 続きは...
