私は重度の難聴で電話が不自由です。 日本一のパン屋さん（Ｙ）のＨＰにアクセスしてお尋ねの案件をＦＡＸ・メールにて お伺いを使用としましたが何れも無く電話のみの取り扱いです。 手紙での問い合わせになりあきらめました。 売り上げが約１兆円に近い会社が難聴者を無視された感がします。 難聴者の通信媒体として ＦＡＸ・メールアドレスの記載を希望いたします。 他の難聴者も同様な思いと思います。 健常者は障害者の甘え…　続きは...
