とうとう

今日は仕事に行くのに いつもなら ちゃんと起きられるのに 起きられず 会社を休みました。 それからは悶々とかんがえ ご飯も食べる気もせずに食べず お風呂も入れない とにかく気分が落ち込み 不安定です 今も睡眠薬を飲みましたが 不安で寝れず 考えると涙が出る病気ですか？ 明日も会社休みます。多分 あさっても このまま 辞めてしまうかも もし病院にかかるならどこに行くべきですか 不安で死にたいとさえ思います。どうした…　続きは...
