フィブラートの薬理作用上の特徴

　フィブラート系薬剤は、トリグリセリド（中性脂肪）を低下させ、HDLコレステロールを増加させるのが特徴です。最近では、核内レセプターであるPPARαのリガンドであり、抗炎症作用があるとも言われています。また、直接的な血管への作用により、抗動脈硬化作用があるとも言われます。　続きは...
