手に水疱

昨晩、手の側面（小指の根もとの少し下）がかゆかったのでポリポリ掻いて、虫さされの薬を塗りました。今朝、改めて見てみると直径2～3mmの水疱がひとつできていました。これはなんなんでしょうか？かゆみはもう全然ありません。つぶしてもいいものなんでしょうか？ご意見よろしくお願いします。　続きは...
