　3m試視力表と中村式近距離視力表を使い0.1以下の視力を測定したいのですが、公式や測定時の注意点を、お教えください。
私の状況は以下の通りです。
最大のランドルト環が、3m視力表で、50cm以下で視認でき、中村式近距離視力表で、5cm以下で視認できます。
