捻挫で運動

私は一週間前に階段からを落ち足首を捻挫し固定は三週間必要といわれました。現在テーピング湿布包帯で固定しています。今は大分腫れは引いてきましたがまだ痛みはあります。 立つと少し歩くとズキズキと痛いです。 体育は見学していますが来週からテーピングで固定して体育に出るように言われています。 しかしまだ足の筋力も低下したままで捻挫した左足には力が入りません。まだリハビリができる段階ではありません。 やは…　続きは...
